Misrepresentation or false claims regarding Duastro services.
Non-compliance with mandatory promotional responsibilities.
Fraudulent activity, spamming, or harming Duastro’s reputation.
Negative marketing or unethical communication that affects the brand or other partners.

Suspension may also be applied temporarily to pause marketing privileges or earnings during investigations.

❗ Note: Termination is applied after careful internal review unless the violation is immediately damaging to Duastro or its partners.

🧩 2. Dispute Handling & Payout Freezes

In case of disputes regarding earnings, commissions, content use, or partner performance:

Duastro may freeze partner earnings and payouts for up to 120 days pending review.
Internal compliance and review teams will conduct a full investigation, analyzing all tracking logs, communications, and evidence.
Resolution will be communicated via official email or dashboard notification and will be considered final.
If a partner is found in violation, earnings during the disputed period may be permanently withheld.
If cleared of wrongdoing, pending payments and privileges will be restored immediately.
Partners who fail to complete KYC verification will not receive payouts until verification is done.
